This website, beboom.shop, is operated by DEZZI LLC, Casper, Wyoming, USA ("we", "us"). For privacy questions write to info@beboom.shop.
2. Data we collect
- Contact form data: name, email, organization and message, used only to answer your request.
- Influencer account data: name, email, hashed password, discount code and usage statistics, used to operate the influencer program.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security purposes.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, manage partner accounts, fulfill business relationships and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Cookies
The site uses only technical session cookies needed for login and form security. No profiling or advertising cookies are set by us.
5. Data retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request. Influencer accounts are kept for the duration of the partnership and deleted on request.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@beboom.shop. Residents of the EU may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
7. Third parties
The site is hosted on Aruba S.p.A. servers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the Three.js library from the Cloudflare CDN; these providers may process technical data such as your IP address.
